Wuthering Waves: Hymn of the Sea of Clouds Storm quest guide

Hymn of the Sea of Clouds: Storm in Wuthering Waves is the second part of the Hymn of the Sea of Clouds Exploration Quest series. During the quest, you must enter the Forbidden Archive and fight off the Vitreum Dancers before obtaining a Glory to Humanity Nimbus Chorale. Completing it will give you three Supply Chests, 30 Astrites, and unlock a new trophy.

Enter the forbidden archive

Hymn of the Sea of Clouds: Storm is automatically triggered after you complete the Hymn of the Sea of Clouds: Rainbow quest in Wuthering Waves. Once the quest has started, enter the Forbidden Archive through the painting.

Proceed to the marked area

Go to the marked spot near the hole (Image via Kuro Games)

Follow the quest navigation and go to the marked spot near the hole. Next, jump in and use the wings to fly.

Continue forward

Fly to the next quest location (Image via Kuro Games)

You must properly guide the character through the holes on the floating platforms until you reach the next quest location. Try to avoid crashing or landing on the platforms. Otherwise, you will have to restart the flight challenge.

Touch the water crystal and defeat the Vitreum Dancers

Once you reach the new quest location, touch the water crystal in the center of the platform and defeat all the Vitreum Dancers.

Go to the broken bridge and fly to the next location (Image via Kuro Games)

After defeating the mobs, go to the edge of the broken bridge before jumping and taking flight toward the next location.

Touch the water crystal in the center of the platform. This time, it will spawn some Vitreum Dancers and Nimbus Wraiths. Quickly defeat them to proceed.

Once again, go to the bridge and stand on the edge before jumping down and taking flight towards the next location.

Touch the water crystal and complete Tactical Hologram: Vitreum Dancer

Touch the water crystal and complete the Tactical Hologram challenge. You must avoid getting knocked out of the circle within the time limit. It is fine even if you get hit by the Vitreum Dancers as long as you stay inside the area.

Challenge the Vitreum Dancer: Warden of Archive

Defeat the Warden of Archive (Image via Kuro Games)

Touch the water crystal again and fight the Warden of Archive. Once you've depleted around half of its HP, it will trigger a cutscene of the Vitreum Dancer destroying the area, and you will use flight to reach the next quest location.

Follow the quest navigation to chase the Warden of Archive. When flying, try to pass through the blue rings to maintain the flight stamina.

Challenge the Warden of Archive one last time and defeat all the enemies. Once the fight ends, a cutscene will begin, and a small phantom girl will appear before turning into a Nimbus Chorale.

Retrieve the last record and leave the Forbidden Archive

Collecting The Nimbus Chorale will give you three Supply Chest rewards. Open the treasure and leave the Forbidden Archive. As soon as you exit the place, a cutscene with Lenore will begin.

Return to the Aria Mummer

Play the last record (Image via Kuro Games)

Give the last record to Aria Mummer and play the music. The quest will conclude after the cutscene.

You will unlock a new trophy and get 30 Astrites as a reward for completing the Hymn of the Sea of Clouds: Storm quest in Wuthering Waves. This will also conclude the exploration quest series.
