Wuthering Waves Kaleidoscope of Hongzhen quest guide

Kaleidoscope of Hongzhen is a small Side Quest in Wuthering Waves. During the quest, you will meet an editor for Wutherium Geographic who will ask you to take some photographs for his magazine. It is a simple quest, and it only requires you to go to a few specific locations and take some pictures.

Talk to Xunjing to start the quest (Image via Kuro Games)

It is important to mention that the Kaleidoscope of Hongzhen quest can only be unlocked after completing Act VII Jinzhou Rising in the Huanglong storyline. Once that is done, head to Hongzhen and talk to Xunjing to begin the quest.

Head to the spring beside Spring's Taste and shoot a photo of the ancient tree beside the spring

Follow the navigation and go to the quest location. Activate the camera and take a photo of the ancient tree. This will complete the first objective.

Head to the photo spot at the gate and shoot a photo of the strange ring-like structures

Head to the next quest location by following the navigation before activating the camera. This time, you must take a photo of the large ring-like structures in the Mt. Firmament region.

After you have taken the photo of the strange ring-like structure, Xunjing will ask you to head for the slope to take another photo of the ring-like structure at a distance.

Once you've taken the photos of the loop structure, take a few steps forward and take a photo of Hongzhen. This will complete all the photo-taking tasks.

Talk to Xunjing

Finally, return to the place where you met Xunjing and talk to the NPC one last time. This will end the quest and you will get the following rewards:

• Astrite x20
• Union EXP x150
• Advanced Resonance Potion x2
• Advanced Energy Core x1
• Shell Credit x6000
