Wuthering Waves Penitent's End Overflowing Palette locations guide

Penitent's End in Wuthering Waves is an area in north Rinascita where you can find up to four Overflowing Palettes. These morphed paintings drain energy from their surroundings, leaving the nearby plants and animals devoid of vibrancy. You can remove them by solving the puzzle in which you must turn all the blocks into one specified color within the set number of moves. They are all simple challenges, and completing each puzzle will also give you 15 Astrites and 20 Resonant Calcite.

All 4 Penitent's End Overflowing Palette locations in Wuthering Waves

Overflowing Palette #1

Teleport to the Resonance Beacon south of the Resonance Nexus in Penitent's End and head west to find the first Overflowing Palette on the cliff. You can also get here from the Fool's Elysium, but you will have to exit the cave first and climb the cliff, which may take longer.

You must turn all the blocks into blue to solve the puzzle. Follow these steps to complete the challenge:

• Pick yellow and change the only green block into yellow.
• Switch to red color and color all the yellow blocks into red.
• Select the blue color and paint the red blocks with it.

This will solve the first painting puzzle, and you will be rewarded with 15 Astrites and 20 Resonant Calcite in Wuthering Waves.

After solving the first puzzle, head north to find the second Overflowing Palette on the cliff surrounded by a large dragon skeleton.

This time you must turn all the blocks into blue to complete the challenge. Here are the steps to solve the puzzle:

• Select the green color and turn the yellow blocks in the center to green.
• Pick red and paint all the green blocks with it.
• Select yellow and turn all the red blocks into yellow.
• Switch to blue and paint the yellow blocks with it.

This will complete the second challenge. You will get 15 Astrites and 20 Resonant Calcite as a reward for solving the puzzle.

Teleport to the Resonance Beacon in The Strand and head northwest to find the third Overflowing Palette on the cliff. You can also follow the road going west from the Beacon.

For the third puzzle, you must turn all the blocks into yellow. Follow these steps to complete the challenge:

• Select blue and paint the red block in the center of the "X" with blue.
• Switch to red color and click on the same block to paint all the blue blocks with red.
• Pick the green color and paint all the red blocks with it.
• Select yellow and turn all the blue blocks into yellow.

This will complete the third challenge. As a reward, you will get 20 Resonant Calcite and 15 Astrites.

After solving the third puzzle, jump from the cliff and head northwest to find the last Penitent's End Overflowing Palette inside a cave.

For the last challenge, you must turn all the blocks into red. Here are the steps to solve the puzzle:

• Pick the yellow color and paint all the red and blue blocks with it.
• Switch to red color and turn all the yellow blocks into red.

This will solve the last puzzle and reward you with 20 Resonant Calcite and 15 Astrites.
