Wuthering Waves reveal livestream overview: Events, rewards, banners, and more

The Wuthering Waves reveal livestream finally gave us a detailed look at the journey we will be experiencing in the post-apocalyptic world of Solaris-3. Alongside the announcement of the content plan for the release version, we also got a look at what the developers have planned for us to celebrate the game's launch.

Sit back Rovers. Before we depart on our journey through Solaris-3, let's take a look at everything announced during the livestream to find out more about what we can expect on the very first patch of Wuthering Waves.

Kuro Games has prepared quite a feast in anticipation of the Rover's arrival. From free characters to weapon selectors and more, we can expect a few freebies on the official launch of Wuthering Waves.

Wuthering Waves reveal livestream gave us information about the character banners we will receive, where you can spend your gacha currency or Tides to obtain characters.

Limited Banners

• Phase 1: Jiyan and his best-in-slot weapon
• Phase 2: Yinlin and her best-in-slot weapon

Beginner Banners

• Novice Convene: You will obtain a random Standard 5-star at 40 pity.
• Targeted Convene: Unlocks once you have completed the Novice Convene. Select any Standard 5-star character of your choice to obtain them. Pity is 80 for this banner

Although the Wuthering Waves reveal livestream did not mention the Standard Weapon and Character Banners, which will be a permanent feature, it is a known fact that this banner will be there to drop our Lustrous Tides on.

Besides the lure of exploring a post-apocalyptic giant open-world environment and the main and side quests, the Wuthering Waves Reveal livestream showcased the following events that we can participate in:

• Overdash Club: A platformer-type game mode
• Alloy Smelt: Combat event
• Second coming of Solaris: You will need to deliver goods from one location to another
• Depths of Illusive Realm

The Wuthering Waves reveal livestream also gave us an insight into what quests we will expect. Obviously, Rover's journey will be a big part of the game, and besides that, there will be side quests. The livestream also showcased three Character Stories for Yinlin, Jiyan, and Lingyang that we can experience alongside completing the main quests.
