Wuthering Waves reveals new Phantom Inferno Rider Echo skin coming to V1.4

Kuro Games has revealed a new Phantom Echo skin for the Inferno Rider boss in Wuthering Waves. The cosmetic will be available as a reward in the new Depths of Illusive Realm Phantasm Amass event in the upcoming version 1.4 update. Once obtained, Rovers can use the new skin on every Inferno Rider Echo. That said, it won't improve the ability and stats of the Echo.

Wuthering Waves 1.4 to release a new Inferno Rider Phantom Echo

Kuro Games is set to release a new Phantom Echo skin for the Inferno Rider boss in the Wuthering Waves 1.4 update. Similar to other world bosses in the game, Inferno Rider's new cosmetic is a mix of different colors and not a shiny white skin. The latest Phantom Echo replaces the original red with blue and a touch of violet here and there, including the bike.

As mentioned, the new skin will only change the color of the Inferno Rider Echo and not improve or add new skills.

How to get the Inferno Rider Phantom Echo

The upcoming version 1.4 update will bring back another edition of the Depths of Illusive Realm titled Phantasm Amass. Rovers can participate in this and obtain the event currency to get the Phantom Echo skin for Inferno Rider. Since the cosmetic will likely be unavailable once the event ends, players are advised not to miss the chance to get a free Echo skin.

How to use the Phantom Echo skin

Equip the Phantom skin on the Echo and change its appearance by following these steps:

• Open any character profile that uses the said Echo.
• Go to the Echo section and select the Echo.
• Click on the small icon with a monster's face near the Equip/Remove option at the bottom of the screen.
• Select the Phantom Skin and click Apply Phantom Appearance.

Before applying the Phantom Appearance, you can also select the "Effective on all Echoes" option. This will change the skin of all the Echoes of the same type so you can avoid switching between each one individually.
