Wuthering Waves: The Last Knight quest guide

The Last Knight in Wuthering Waves is a side quest in Rinascita's Egla Town. During the quest, you will meet an old man retired from the Order and a young man aspiring to become a knight. Upon interacting with them, the former will tell you about the latter and an old tale about a Mad Knight of Egla Town. Completing the quest will give you 40 Astrites and a few Supply Chest rewards.

Finish Act III of the Rinascita chapter and teleport to the Resonance Beacon in Egla Town during the daytime. Next, head north to find an NPC named Cosimo and approach him. This will trigger The Last Knight quest. Talk to him to learn more about the Mad Knight in Egla Town before checking it out at dusk.

Wait for the Night Reveries

Adjust the in-game time to dusk. Anytime between 18:00 and 06:00 will work.

Participate in the Night Reveries and defeat the Mad Knight

Follow the quest navigation to participate in the Night Reveries and defeat the Mad Knight in a duel.

Go to the highest vantage point of the town

Once you''ve defeat the Mad Knight and talked to Cosimo, head to the highest vantage point in the town.

Find Carlow beneath the large tree outside the town

After getting to the top of the building, use the Wingray's ability to head to the large tree outside the town to find Carlow and talk to him.

Touch the Primordia Bloom

Touch the strange flower Echo next to Carlow. This will transfer you to the "realm of chests," where you can find some chests.

You will find three Basic Supply Chests as soon as you enter the realm of chests. Opening all of them will give you 15 Astrites and spawn 13 more chests. However, 12 of them are Chest Mimics and only one of them is a real chest. Open all of them to claim the reward and defeat the Chest Mimics to pass the trial.

Passing the challenge will trigger a long cutscene in which you will discuss what to do next.

Reach the second location visited by the knight

Follow the quest navigation and go to the next quest location. Once there, another cutscene will begin.

Jump to the destination using Cuddle Wuddle's ability

After talking to Carlow, use the Cuddle Wuddle's ability and jump to the destination. Once you're at the camp, it will trigger another short cutscene.

Reach the third location visited by the knight

Use the Wingray Echo skill and flight again to go to the third location visited by the knight and talk to Mr. Millkeeper.

Head to the source of the strange scent (Suggestion: Equip Questless Knight Echo)

Follow the road and head east (Image via Kuro Games)

Head east while following the road to get to the next quest location. The quest will suggest you equip the Questless Knight Echo but you can ignore it.

Defeat the TDs

You will find a few enemies at the location, including one Chop Chop: Headless. Quickly defeat all of them and talk to Mr. Millkeeper.

Check on Carlow (Daytime)

Meet Carlow in Egla Town (Image via Kuro Games)

Return to Egla Town and meet up with Carlow only to find him arguing with another NPC. Watch them finish their conversation to conclude The Last Knight quest in Wuthering Waves. As a reward for completion, you will get 40 Astrites.
