Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms in Wuthering Waves is an Exploration Quest in Rinascita. To trigger the quest, you must visit three altars and charge the steles while defeating the mobs that appear around you. Afterward, you will need to chase a Lumiscale Construct to the mountain. Completing this quest will unlock the Shores of Last Breath and give you 40 Astrites and a new trophy.

Inspect the Lumiscale Construct

Teleport to the Resonance Beacon southwest of Shores of Last Breath and head northwest to find a Lumiscale Construct lying on the ground in a ruin. Get close and inspect it. This will give you the following three objectives:

• Complete charging the steles at the first altar.
• Complete charging the steles at the second altar.
• Complete charging the steles at the third altar.

You must visit three altars and charge the steles while fighting several waves of Tacet Discords.

Once you reach the first altar, let the dialogues finish and interact with the device to start the challenge.

Note that you must stand on the altar to charge the stele while fighting all the Tacet Discords. If you step outside the runes and the altar area, the energy in the stele will start draining and you will lose progress. You can see the charge rate on the left side of the screen below the map.

Once you complete the challenge, you will get an Advanced Supply Chest reward, worth 20 Astrites and 40 Monnaie.

Open the chest and use the Wingray to get to the second altar.

Avoid the Vitreum Dancers while fighting (Image via Kuro Games)

During the challenge at the second altar, try to avoid all the Vitreum Dancers (red lines) while fighting since they can't knock you down and push you out of the altar. The best thing is to dodge them when they are about to hit you.

Completing the challenge will give you an Advanced Supply Chest, worth 20 Astrites and 40 Monnaie.

Complete charging the steles at the third altar

Use the Wingray to get to the last altar. Once there, you will find that two of the pillars around the altar are not connected and you must piece them together to activate the trial. Stand in the correct spot and angle the camera properly before connecting both pillars using the grapple. Once that is done, interact with the device on the altar and complete the challenge.

This time try to avoid the lightning strikes from the above. You can easily identify the striking spots, as you will see red circles on the ground before the lightning strikes.

Charging the steles at the altar and completing the challenge will give you another Advanced Supply Chest, worth 20 Astrites and 40 Monnaie.

This will also finally trigger the Where Wind Returns to Celestial Wind quest in Wuthering Waves.

Return to inspect the remains of the Lumiscale Construct and defeat it

Use the Wingray to return to the ruin where you found the Lumiscale Construct and inspect it. However, when you get there, the Tacet Discord will awaken and you must defeat it in a fight. Once you've depleted a little over half of its HP, it will run away.

Keep following the quest navigation to pursue the Lumiscale Construct and defeat the enemies when needed. Once you've finally found the Tacet Discord, start the duel and defeat it.

Once you're about to defeat the Lumiscale Construct, a large dragon will appear, which you must defeat. Completing the challenge will also conclude the Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms.
