Wuthering Waves Wuming Bay Mutterfly locations

You can find up to seven Mutterflies while exploring the Wuming Bay sub-area in Wuthering Waves, located southeast of the Jinzhou region. Following these groups of golden butterflies to their destination will reward you with five Astrites each. Unfortunately, they cannot be located using any device so Rovers have to go around the map to discover them and this can take a lot of time.

Remnant Residence Mutterfly location (Image via Kuro Games)

Teleport to the Resonance Beacon north of Hermit Settlement and head northeast to find the first Wuming Bay Mutterfly near the stream. Follow it to get five Astrite rewards.

Hermit Settlement Mutterfly location (Image via Kuro Games)

Teleport back to the Resonance Beacon north of Hermit Settlement and head southwest to find another Wuming Bay Mutterfly on the riverside.

Mutterfly near Calamity Tactical Hologram (Image via Kuro Games)

Use the Resonance Beacon near the Calamity Tactical Hologram and go southeast to find a Mutterfly next to the unmetalled road.

Use the Tacetite Fulminate to break the rock (Image via Kuro Games)

Teleport to the Resonance Nexus in Corroded Ruins and head east to find a breakable rock. Use the Tacetite Fuliminate to break it and free the Mutterfly. Next, follow it to its destination and get the Astrite rewards.

Use the Resonance Beacon north of Corroded Ruins and head northeast toward the shore near the Shattered Blocks for the fifth Mutterfly in Wuming Bay.

Teleport to the Resonance Beacon north of Violet Banyan and head east to find a Mutterfly flying over a Standard Supply Chest near the waterfall.

The seventh Mutterfly can be seen near two broken cars north of Thorny Passage. Note that there are several enemies in this area so beware. Follow it to get five Astrites.
