Wuthering Waves Yhoran's Tactical Trial quest guide

Yhoran's Tactical Trial in Wuthering Waves is a quest based in the Black Shores. As the name suggests, it is a series of trials that you must complete under specific conditions within a time limit. Each challenge will feature different sets of enemies and requirements, and completing all the trials in the quest will reap big rewards, including 10 Tidal Heritages and 30 Astrites.

Teleport to the resonance beacon in Haven of Sprouts and head north towards the shore to find a few red holograms. Approaching these holograms will trigger a combat challenge and begin the Yhoran's Tactical Trial quest. Defeat all the enemies with at least 30 seconds remaining on the clock.

This will trigger a cutscene and an NPC named Yhoran will appear.

Complete the Tactical Trials prepared by Yhoran across the Black Shores

After talking to Yhoran, seven new Tactical Trial locations will appear on the map. However, you must only complete the three Tactical Trials in the Black Shores Archipelago and not in Tethys' Deep.

Yhoran's Tactical Trial in Tethys Hub:

• Dodge one attack.
• Knock over the Hoartoise six times.
• Finish the trial with at least 30 seconds left.

Yhoran's Tactical Trial in Haven of Sprouts:

• Perform two dodge counters.
• Use Intro Skill one time.
• Finish the trial with at least 30 seconds left.

Yhoran's Tactical Trial in TD Observatory:

• Take fewer than five hits.
• Defeat Cluster Prisms using Violet-Feathered Heron or Cyan-Feathered Heron.
• Defeat all Prisms within 45 seconds.

Note that you must complete all the goals during the challenge. While the first two Tactical Trials are pretty easy, the TD Observatory challenge can be slightly difficult because of the Prisms so it's best to use a character with an effective crowd control ability. Completing each Tactical Trial will reward you with three Tidal Heritages. Collect all of them to trigger the next objective.

Report to Yhoran at the Hall of Foreign Affairs

Go to the Hall of Foreign Affairs and talk to Yhoran. This will conclude the quest and you will get 30 Astrites in Wuthering Waves.
