Wuthering Waves Zhezhi Resonance Chain guide

Zhezhi is an amazing character to have on your team in Wuthering Waves. She can deal a crazy amount of damage from her Basic Attacks and Resonance Skill, while also providing support with her Outro Skills. Zhezhi is already an extremely capable Resonator at S0. On top of this, she becomes even stronger as Rovers unlock higher nodes in her Resonance Chain.

This article will briefly cover all six Sequence Nodes on Zhezhi's Resonance Chain in Wuthering Waves.

Sequence Node #1 - Brushwork's Finish

Zhezhi's first Sequence Node is called the Brushwork's Finish. When the commission painter uses her Resonance Skill, Creation's Zenith, she recovers 15 Resonance Energy, and her Crit Rate is increased by 10% for 27 seconds. These are decent bonuses for an early Sequence Node.

Sequence Node #2 - Vivid Strokes

After unlocking the second Sequence Node on Zhezhi's Resonance Chain, the max Inklit Spirits summoned by her Resonance Liberation is increased by six. This will significantly increase the overall damage output on her Coordinated Attacks.

Sequence Node #3 - Reflection's Grace

When Zhezhi uses her Resonance Skill Manifestation, Resonance Skill Stroke of Genius, or Resonance Skill Creation's Zenith, her ATK is increased by 15%. This effect can stack up to three times, lasting 27 seconds. This means that one can get up to a 45% ATK bonus after unlocking Zhezhi's third Sequence Node.

Sequence Node #4 - Hue's Spectrum

Zhezhi's fourth Sequence Node on her Resonance Chain improves her ability to provide support to the entire team. Unlocking S4 enables her to increase the entire party's ATK by 20% for 30 seconds after using her Resonance Liberation Living Canvas.

Sequence Node #5 - Composition's Clue

Zhezhi's S5 is an interesting one. For every three Inklit Spirits she summons from her Resonance Liberation Living Canvas, one additional Inklit Spirit will be summoned to perform a Coordinated Attack, dealing DMG equal to 140% of Inklit Spirit's DMG. This DMG will be considered Basic Attack DMG and it will not summon any more Inklit Spirits.

Sequence Node #6 - Infinite Legacy

After unlocking her final Sequence Node, Zhezhi in Wuthering Waves summons an extra Ivory Herald after using her Resonance Skill Stroke of Genius or Resonance Skill Creation's Zenith to deal DMG equal to 120% of Resonance Skill Stroke of Genius's DMG. Furthermore, this DMG is considered a Basic Attack DMG.

It is safe to say Zhezhi gets a lot of DMG boosts after unlocking her Sequence Nodes in Wuthering Waves. She also gains a support skill from her S4. Unless you're planning to whale and unlock all six of her Sequence Nodes, her S1 and S2 are a good stopping point for early Sequences.
