WWE 2K15 declares DLC for PS3 and Xbox 360 as "Non Transferable" to Xbox One and PS4

A new disappointment falls over all those who have purchased the season pass or any other DLC of WWE 2K15 for PS3 and Xbox 360 since it is non transferable to PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game. This speculation was confirmed by WWE 2K15 community manager Marcus Stephenson, in his tweet he said that those who have bought the Season Pass or any other DLC for the game on previous-gen consoles, will not be able to transfer their data to the next-gen consoles if they decide to upgrade. they would have to “re-purchase the DLC“. This holds true even if the data is to be transfered to same gamer profile.

Unlike other game publisher’s 2K Games are also not providing an upgrade program to accomodate the transfer thus the only resort is to purchase a new game and DLC for the full price to be played on PS4 and Xbox One. Thus the gamers who bought WWE 2K15 on PS3/Xbox 360 are left at a loss, it might have been better for them to have kept patience and bought the editions for next generation consoles on Novenmber 18th .
