#2 Daniel Bryan

When there's an entire mode in a WWE 2K game based on your entire career, chances are you're the kind of guy who is ranked pretty highly in these games. And, in Daniel Bryan's case, it's well deserved.
While he's presented as a sinister heel these days - and despite being one of the smaller guys on the roster, even during his main event run around WrestleMania XXX, Bryan wasn't exactly considered an underdog.

His win against John Cena at SummerSlam 2013 was decisive and was seen as a formidable opponent. In fact, Cena handpicked him to face him at that event specifically because he felt the Washington state native would give him the best challenge.
It's also why, during that same WrestleMania run-up, the powers in charge of the company (on screen, anyway) used every method at their disposal to keep the title away from him. Even at WrestleMania XXX, Bryan had to win two matches - with the last being a triple threat with Randy Orton and Batista (two guys who could also be ranked 90+) - to get the titles.
While he's no longer the WWE Champion, he's still considered a serious threat, as he's incredibly skilled and devious and can beat just about anybody on the roster on any given day. He even took Brock Lesnar to the limit, and that's a hell of thing.
