Yunli vs Huohuo: Which character should you pull in Honkai Star Rail 2.4

During Honkai Star Rail 2.4's special program livestream, HoYoverse revealed that both Yunli and Huohuo are scheduled to receive limited-time banners during the first phase of the upcoming patch. Since banners featuring both of the aforementioned 5-star characters will be available simultaneously, Trailblazers can only get one character.

While some players can get both Yunli and Huohuo if they are lucky or have saved their Stellar Jades up for a long time, most won't be this privileged. This article will guide you on which choice to go with.

Yunli is the better 5-star character in the first phase of Honkai Star Rail 2.4

When the Honkai Star Rail 2.4 patch goes live, Trailblazers should be pulling for Yunli. This is a walk in the park for those planning to build a counterattack team or a follow-up attack and counterattack hybrid team. Moreover, Yunli is a Physical unit following the Path of Destruction, meaning she can deal a ridiculous amount of damage to adjacent enemies.

Newcomers who just discovered Honkai Star Rail should also aim for Yunli during the first phase of Honkai Star Rail 2.4. Her addition to the players’ collection can be pretty useful since she can easily vaporize her opponents and tank most of the incoming damage. The only downside of acquiring Yunli at the early stages of the game is that players will have a hard time gathering her ascension materials.
