You can obtain Stun Certification and Buster Certification seals by completing the Stun Drill in the HIA Club located in the middle of Lumina Square. Head over to Lumina Square or directly teleport to the HIA Club to start the drill.

You can also obtain Shock Chips of varying rarities in the HIA Club by completing the Current Test.

Hamster Cage Pass
