The highly anticipated Zenless Zone Zero 1.1 update is nearing its global launch. Ahead of the patch release on August 14, 2024, the servers will undergo a short maintenance break, which will take roughly five hours to complete. That said, players will be compensated with free Polychrome for the downtime.
HoYoverse recently announced details of the server downtime in an official tweet and rolled out a pre-download option for the update. Here's the complete ZZZ 1.1 maintenance schedule, along with a countdown to track it.

According to the official announcement, the maintenance for the Zenless Zone Zero 1.1 update will begin on August 14, 2024, at 6 am (UTC+8). HoYoverse has specified that the process will take roughly five hours to complete, so the patch should go live on the same day by 11 am (UTC+8).
Zenless Zone Zero 1.1 server downtime duration and countdown
The ZZZ 1.1 maintenance time will differ for players from different regions. Listed below are the timings for some major regions:
- PDT, UTC -7: August 13 from 3 pm to 8 pm
- MDT, UTC -6: August 13 from 4 pm to 9 pm
- CDT, UTC -5: August 13 from 5 pm to 10 pm
- EDT, UTC -4: August 13 from 6 pm to 11 pm
- BST, UTC +1: August 14 from 11 pm to 4 am
- CEST, UTC +2: August 14 from 12 am to 5 am
- MSK, UTC +3: August 14 from 1 am to 6 am
- IST, UTC +5:30: August 14 from 3:30 am to 8:30 am
- CST, UTC +8: August 14 from 6 am to 11 am
- JST, UTC +9: August 14 from 7 am to 12 pm
- AEST, UTC +10: August 14 from 8 am to 1 pm
- NZST, UTC +12: August 14 from 10 am to 3 pm
Additionally, the countdown below should help players track the time for the ZZZ 1.1 maintenance. The server will shutdown when the timer reaches 0, so players are advised to wrap up their daily tasks accordingly:

Zenless Zone Zero 1.1 maintenance compensation details
Proxies above the Interknot Level 4 will be eligible to receive compensation for the inconveniences caused by the maintenance. The reward will include Polychrome x300, and it will be issued via the in-game mailing system. Players can check the Mail from within the Pause menu. The icon should be inside the More option.
