Zenless Zone Zero 1.2 maintenance schedule

The Zenless Zone Zero 1.2 maintenance is nearing its global release, and with that, HoYoverse has scheduled the mandatory maintenance break. The officials will shut down the servers for roughly five hours on September 25, 2024, to prepare them for the global launch. In addition, players experiencing downtime will be compensated with free Polychromes.

Zenless Zone Zero 1.2 maintenance date and time

The maintenance for the Zenless Zone Zero 1.2 update will officially commence on September 25, 2024, at 6 am (UTC+8). As always, HoYoverse will take about five hours to fix bugs and prepare the server for the new content. Hence, the patch should go live on the same day by 11 am (UTC+8).

The ZZZ 1.2 maintenance will roll out simultaneously across all servers globally, so the time may differ for players from different regions. To avoid confusion, we’ve listed the server downtime duration for all major regions below. America will get the maintenance and update on September 24, due to timezone differences.

America

• Pacific Daylight Time: September 24, from 3 PM to 8 PM
• Mountain Daylight Time: September 24, from 4 PM to 9 PM
• Central Daylight Time: September 24, from 5 PM to 10 PM
• Eastern Daylight Time: September 24, from 6 PM to 11 PM

Europe

• Western European Summer Time: September 24, from 11 PM to September 25, 4 AM
• Central European Summer Time: September 25, from 12 AM to 5 AM
• Eastern European Summer Time: September 25, from 1 AM to 6 AM

Asia

• India Standard Time: September 25, from 3:30 AM to 8:30 AM
• China Standard Time: September 25, from 6 AM to 11 AM
• Philippine Standard Time: September 25, from 6 AM to 11 AM
• Japanese Standard Time: September 25, from 7 AM to 12 PM
• Korea Standard Time: September 25, from 7 AM to 12 PM

Zenless Zone Zero 1.2 maintenance compensation

As specified, HoYoverse will reward Proxies with 300 Polychrome as maintenance compensation. However, only those above Interknot Level 4 or higher can avail of the freebie. It will be dispatched via the in-game mailing system, which can be accessed from the Pause menu.
