The Zenless Zone Zero 1.4 update features two new S-Rank agents, Miyabi and Harumasa, hailing from the Hollow Special Operations Section 6 faction. They will debut simultaneously on separate banners throughout the patch duration.
Miyabi is a Frost agent specializing in the Anomaly fighting style. In contrast, Harumasa is an Electric character with Attack specialization. Here are A-Rank agents featured on their banners:

Patch 1.4 further introduces Port Elpis and Reverb Arena as new explorable areas.

Listed below are the QoL changes for the ZZZ 1.4 update:
- Proxies can toggle between TV mode or stages until Chapter 3 of the Prologue.
- The Journey System will let players check unlock conditions for stories. They can obtain rewards in the process.
- The stage completion screen will display the higher rarity items first.
- Removed the shared Decibel system, so agents can fill and spend their individual gauges.
- Patch 1.4 introduces refined training plans to help players strengthen their characters.
- Proxies can use any agent to free-roam in New Eridu after increasing their trust level.
- Players can quickly sweep in Critical Nodes they have previously completed and collect their rewards.
- Improved Event screen UI to properly display unlock requirements.
- Added an option to delete visual resources on mobile.
