Zenless Zone Zero Astra Yao gameplay and combat animation leaks explored

The latest Zenless Zone Zero drip marketing campaign has officially teased Astra Yao, confirming her debut in the version 1.5 update. She is an Ether Agent who specializes in the Support fighting style. Her kit leaks further suggest that she is capable of boosting teammates' damage and healing them whenever necessary.

The footage above shows Astra Yao using a microphone staff as her weapon to perform a Basic Attack. She can perform up to three forward attacks to deal Ether damage to enemies. Astra can launch her third strike if you hold down the Basic Attack, which will further trigger Quick Support, summoning an ally in the process.

She has a unique dodge animation while in the Singing State. You can also notice that she accumulates Notes, which are the small orbs beside her, and consumes them by activating one of her abilities.
