Ben is an A-Rank Fire Agent in Zenless Zone Zero. He is the only Defense Agent in the game and is one of the most unique members of the roster. He is a big bear wielding a behemoth of a weapon. He is currently a part of the Belobog Industries Faction and is a rock-solid support for any team in the game.

To farm these materials, you will have to access the Training tab of the Dailies menu. Select your material of choice, and participate in repeatable battles to obtain these items as drops.

Basic/Advanced Defense Seals and Defender Certification Seal

Doing the Defense Drill challenge in ZZZ can net you Defense Seals of various rarities depending on the level of the Drill. You can complete this challenge by teleporting to the HIA Club or accessing the Training tab in the Compendium.

Basic/Advanced/Specialized Burn Chips

Burn Chips can be obtained by participating in the Heating Test located in the HIA VR Center. Similar to the Defense Drill, higher levels drop better rarity Burn Chips.

Hamster Cage Pass

Hamster Cage Pass is a very precious item to farm that can only be obtained by participating in limited-time events or by purchasing the New Eridu City Fund battle pass.

You can find the battle pass on the top-right corner of the screen or simply press F3 to open it.

Higher Dimensional Data: Steel Malice

Higher Dimensional Data: Steel Malice is a Core Skill Enhancement that is obtained by completing the Expert Challenge Hans - Energized. Use the fast travel option to enter the HIA Club or the Training tab in the Compendium to challenge this boss.

Living Drive

Living Drive is a material used only for Core Skill Enhancement. It is a reward that you receive for defeating the boss Unknown Corruption Complex located in the Notorious Hunt found in the Scott Outpost.

Dennies

Dennies are the most frequent materials you will obtain in your journey in New Eridu as every Commission, Errand, and more provide them in abundance. However, for dedicated farming of this resource, you can go to the Combat Simulation in the Training menu.
