Caesar has officially joined the Zenless Zone Zero’s playable roster with her debut in update 1.2. She is the former leader of the Sons of Calydon faction who specializes in a Defense fighting style that shields allies and subdues opponents with parries. The character also deals massive Physical damage, so a variety of setups can benefit from having her.

Best teams for Caesar in Zenless Zone Zero

1) Caesar+ Soldier 11+ Lucy

Caesar in Zenless Zone Zero is a sought-after Defense Agent who can use her core passive to buff allies' damage while protecting them with an anti-interruption shield. Hence, a rogue DPS like Soldier 11 is one of the best characters to pair with her.

Soldier 11 is an Attack unit that deals massive damage throughout the course of a battle but fails to effectively stun enemies. Hence, Caesar, with her boosted Impact stat and ability to deal increased Daze, can subdue the larger enemies, helping the damage dealer unleash combos with ease. Not to forget, Lucy can further increase their attacks by tapping into her Support specialization.

An accessible Caesar team can employ Piper as the primary DPS. Piper is one of the strongest A-Rank Agents that specializes in the Anomaly fighting style in Zenless Zone Zero.

Piper deals massive Assault damage but requires some field time for the Anomaly buildup. Caesar’s shield can keep her sustained throughout the process. Furthermore, both characters belong to the same faction, which grants them access to the additional abilities.

Lucy, being a member of the same group, can completely utilize her skill sets and offer additional buffs to allies, pushing their damage potential to the limit.

Caesar is by far the most flexible entity to be introduced in the playable roster, so she gels with Jane Doe in another Anomaly team. Like Piper, Jane excels at dealing Anomaly damage, which can also crit. In addition, her overall strength grows stronger with Seth on the team.

Caesar’s Attack buff can further increase Jane Doe’s damage. Since Seth belongs to the Defense specialization, Caesar can also activate her additional ability in Zenless Zone Zero to debuff opponents. Lastly, stunning enemies wouldn’t be an issue for Jane Doe, as the other two squadmates can take care of it.
