Complete the missing video content in Zenless Zone Zero can be started by talking to the Strange Person next to a Bangboo named North in Lumina Square. You can find this NPC behind Officer Mewmew, who will introduce himself as Rost and post a Commission in the Inter-Knot.

Accept it to start the Detective Rewind Commission, which features three puzzles. Solving all of them will complete the missing video content.
