Watch Your Step is a limited-time event in Zenless Zone Zero that tests your decision-making skills. You have to navigate your way through tiles in a manner to get all collectibles which is easier said than done. Day 2 features the Icedrift Hollow: Shallows as the puzzle. This event features an Easy and Hard mode with each mode giving different rewards.

This article provides a guide to complete Day 2 of the Watch Your Step event in ZZZ on both Easy and Hard mode.

Zenless Zone Zero Watch Your Step guide - Day 2 (Easy Mode)

To start Day 2 of the Watch Your Step event in Zenless Zone Zero, go to your HDD and click on the event icon. Enter the level to find Grace lending you a hand. There is a purple chest that is up for grabs on the first floor. It is very easy to collect, as Grace will have given you a simple path to navigate to the purple chest.

Watch Your Step - Day 2 Easy Mode second floor solution (Image via HoYoverse)

Use the joystick on the bottom half of the floor to turn the directions of the conveyor belt. Proceed to the next floor to find a much more challenging layout. Follow these steps to obtain everything on the second floor:

Go up twice
Go left twice
Go down twice
Go left once
Go up four times
Go right thrice

The final floor features a golden chest and two purple chests. Use the steps listed below to collect all the rewards on the third floor:

Go down once
Go left once
Go up once
Go right twice
Go down once
Go left once
Go right once

In the Hard Mode of the Watch Your Step event, you have to collect HIA Samples scattered across three floors through smart pathing. The Icedrift Hollow: Shallows Hard Mode's first floor features one HIA Sample that can be obtained by replicating these steps:

Go right twice
Go left once
Go down thrice
Go right once

Once you do this, follow these steps to proceed to the second floor:

Go up twice
Go right twice
Go up once

The second floor has two HIA Samples along with numerous hollow surfaces. You can get these two HIA Samples and make your way to the third floor by using the steps mentioned below:

Go left once
Go down once
Go right once
Go down twice
Go left once
Go up twice
Go left twice
Go down once
Go left once
Go up thrice

The third floor contains two HIA Samples as well. The layout is slightly more complex than the previous floor. However, following the steps given below can help you easily complete the third floor in the Day 2 Hard Mode of the Watch Your Step event:

Go down thrice
Go right thrice
Go up once
Go left once
Go up thrice
Go right twice
