During the exploration of Hollow Zero, pressure will be a status (indicated by a yellow meter) that is increased for each unexplored tile visited or through Disconnection and random encounter tiles. It is shown at the bottom of the screen in a bar ranging from 0-100.

When the pressure meter reaches its maximum capacity (100), pressure Overload occurs, which delivers a random Corruption that has a negative effect on either your party's exploration or combat capabilities. Following this, the pressure meter will reset and deal another random corruption if Pressure Overload is triggered again.

Corruption is a team-wide debuff that you receive merely by exploring Hollow Zero. When your team reaches 100 pressure points, they will receive a random effect that will badly impact one of their attributes or abilities.

No more corruption will be granted after obtaining this, even if you trigger another Pressure Overload.
