Formula One president Bernie Ecclestone has denied the rumors about him releasing a draft calendar for the 2014 season.
“I didn’t know about it. Where is that? It wasn’t us. The calendar hasn’t been produced yet. I don’t know who’s had one. I’m saying there is no draft calendar,” he said.
The rumors said that the calendar made the rounds at Monza and it included Mexico, Russia and Austria with New Jersey being the most notable omission.

However, Ecclestone said that there will be 22 races in 2014 season and he also hopes that he can include New Jersey too.
“We have 22 actually now and we have a contract with New Jersey and I hope they can honor the contract,” he said.
