Team principal Stefano Domenicali thinks that Fernando Alonso and Sebastian Vettel would be perfectly able to work together. There have been a lot of rumors the recent weeks that there is a chance that World Champion Sebastian Vettel will join Ferrari one day.

“In life one should never say never!” Team Principal Domenicali said. “I think they are both intelligent guys and they could easily coexist together.”Both Alonso and Vettel are currently double World Champions and Domenicali thinks that Vettel would be qualified enough to race in his team. The German driver has already been called ‘Baby Schumi’ last season and expectations are high heading further into the 2012 season.

There also have been rumors that Vettel’s teammate Mark Webber has been in contact with Ferrari, however, the Australian driver denies this. “I have no offers from Ferrari,” Webber said. “People have been talking about it but that was before Felipe (Massa) had a good weekend in Monaco. If all of the rumors were true, Ferrari would need about eight cars on the grid next year and not two. They may or may not change Felipe but they haven’t said anything to me.”
