F1 2011: Overtaking stats for the season so far

The 2011 Formula One season started with the new rule of Drag Reduction system and arrival of Pirelli as the new client for the racing tyres. With the inclusion of these new regulations in the F1 there has been an increase in the overtaking manoeuvres, which increased the race excitement by a few notches.

Here are some of the numbers of the overtaking manoeuvres in 2011 season, which are released by Mercedes GP.

Vitantonio Liuzzi: 20 positions

Kamui Kobayashi: 19 positions
