A good weekend overall for Renault

Carlos Sainz - 8th

It was a strong weekend for Renault's Carlos Sainz by finishing in the points along with his teammate Nico Hulkenberg.

There was a scary moment for the Spaniard when he nearly collided with Force India's Sergio Perez when they approached turn one.

Sainz has shown once again why Red Bull may take him on if Daniel Ricciardo is to leave at the end of the season.

Nico Hulkenberg - 7th

Nico Hulkenberg sure has recovered from his disappointing performances in Azerbaijan and Spain.

Thanks to the German and Sainz's finish in Spain, they are now in fourth position in the Constructors' Championship.

They are currently 16 points ahead of McLaren and 78 behind Red Bull Racing.
