Sebastian Vettel won the 2013 World Championship with a comfortable margin

Sebastian Vettel's astonishing run of nine consecutive victories came during the 2013 Formula 1 season.

Driving for Red Bull, the German's first victory of this mesmerizing unbeaten run came at the Belgian Grand Prix. Vettel won at Spa Francorchamps, despite conceding the pole position to Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton.

The German had near perfect Grand Prix from there on, managing to finish at least second in qualifying in all the rounds until the end of the season. Sebastian Vettel won every race with a comfortable margin, asserting dominance on his fellow drivers. His final race win came at the 2013 Brazilian Grand Prix, which was also the last race of the season.

In the end, Sebastian Vettel won the 2013 Formula One Drivers' Championship with 397 points, 155 points more than second-placed Fernando Alonso.
