Jacques Villeneuve doesn't even get a special home soil treatment from the wall of champions.

In the same race as Hill's accident, Villeneuve would go on and do the same mistake.

The Canadian originally crashed into the wall of champions in 1997 while racing for Williams when he spun and faced the opposite direction.

Villeneuve got out of the car in frustration realising the amount of points he had lost.

1997 was of course the year Villeneuve won the world championship, the last time Williams had their very own world champion.

In 1999, Villeneuve was driving for BAR-Supertec and had never won the Canadian Grand Prix and his hopes were shattered when he drove straight into the wall of champions.
