#1 Ayrton Senna beats Alain Prost - 1988
Nelson Piquet and Ayrton Senna had a fantastic duel in the 1986 Hungarian Grand Prix, which was the first Formula 1 race held behind the iron curtain. Piquet emerged victorious in that race and beat his fellow countryman with a gap of over 16 seconds.
Two years later, Aryton Senna would return to Budapest to have a great battle with his teammate Alain Prost.
The Brazilian aced the qualifying session and started the race from the pole position. Alain Prost could not match Senna's pace and started from the 7th spot.
An inspired drive from the Frenchman ensured that he would pass the field to chase the leader Senna from the second spot. The teammates were locked in an exciting battle throughout the closing stages of the Grand Prix with Senna seeing the checkered flag first, followed by Prost who was just 0.5 seconds behind the Brazilian.
