#6 Renault
Daniel Ricciardo- 9th
Ricciardo really drove a fine race at a track where he last won in 2018, albeit in completely different racing overalls.
But that said, let's discount the past and focus on the present. What was important in Ricciardo's Monaco effort was the very fact that he became the only driver to collect points for his side as his teammate, race retired and failed to score a single point.
That said, Ricciardo is someone who's hungry to improve. But then, maybe, there's something about street courses and tracks that brings out something specail from the Perth-born Aussie driver.
Driver Rating- 6.5/10
Nico Hulkenberg- 14th
Hulkenberg, it is surprisingly painful to note, failed to score yet again. Well, what else did you expect of him?
Not that he was on a point scoring spree of a kind. It's just that the German driver will have to completely lift his game in the remainder of the season.
For we've already seen 6 races of which, the "Hulk" has been able to collect points in only 1 contest, i.e., the 2019 Australian Grand Prix.
Driver Rating- 3/10
