F1 penalty points after the Monaco GP: 5 biggest delinquents

The 2024 Monaco GP was an uneventful race, but we almost had one driver crossing the threshold for F1 penalty points. If a driver crosses 12 penalty points over a 12-month period, he gets a race ban.

At the race in Monaco, we had a monumental crash between Sergio Perez, Kevin Magnussen and Nico Hulkenberg. That crash led to a red flag, and it did appear that Magnussen was the guilty party. If he was penalized, he would have crossed the 12 F1 penalty points and that would have meant a race ban. Fortunately for him, that didn't happen, and he didn't get one.

Having said that, after the F1 Monaco GP, who are the biggest delinquents on the grid? Let's take a look.
