Force India team Principal Vijay Mallya has said that the team is still weeks away from making a decision about the driver line-up for next season.
“We are considering all available options and we never take these decisions in haste. We have a competitive pairing at the moment, but we will sit down with the team management and discuss the way forward for next year. It’s unlikely we will make any decisions before the Indian Grand Prix in any case,” Mallya said.
Current drivers Paul Di Resta and Adrian Sutil still remain uncertain about their future with Sutil being in the danger zone after five successive retirements.
Force India currently occupy the fifth spot in the constructor’s standing and with Mallya earlier revealing that the team has an aim of finishing above McLaren at the end of the season.
