
The Alpine Formula 1 team is a French-based motor racing company. It has been competing in Formula 1 since its inception in 2021. The team was previously known as the Renault F1 team but was rebranded as the Alpine F1 team to promote Renault’s sports car brand, Alpine Motors.
The team made its debut at the 2021 Bahrain Grand Prix. With 519 points and six podiums, Alpine is one of the top middle contenders in the Formula 1 world championship career. In 2024, the team finished sixth in the constructors' championship with 65 points. The 2024 F1 season was the last for Esteban Ocon, as he decided to leave the team and move beyond for the 2025 season.
