Logan Hunter Sargeant, an American racing driver, was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on December 31, 2000. He started his racing career in karting and achieved great success. In 2015, he won the CIK-FIA World KFJ Championship, making him the first American to win an FIA Karting World Championship title since 1978. Sargeant moved up in racing by competing in the junior formulae and he raced in the Formula 4 UAE and the British F4 Championship, finishing second and third in the standings, respectively. Then, he moved to the FIA Formula 3 Championship and ended the 2020 season in third place with Prema Racing. In 2022, he raced in the FIA Formula 2 Championship with Carlin and finished fourth overall.

Sargeant has been part of the Williams Driver Academy since 2021 and began his Grand Prix career with Williams Racing at the 2023 Bahrain Grand Prix. In doing so, he scored his debut and only championship point so far at the 2023 United States Grand Prix. Although he stayed with the team for 2024, Sargeant was replaced by Franco Colapinto after the Dutch Grand Prix due to some specific incidents. After leaving Formula One, Sargeant moved on to sports car racing, and he was announced as the driver in the IDEC Sport outfit for the 2025 European Le Mans Series.
