After the chaotic Canadian GP that was won by Max Verstappen, the F1 circus returns to Europe for the Spanish GP. The race will take place at the familiar Barcelona track called Circuit De Barcelona-Catalunya.

Throughout the Canadian GP, the changing weather posed a challenge to both teams and drivers. The main race was thrilling since it started in wet conditions and gradually dried up. This called for unique pitstop strategies, which resulted in a battle for the top spot between Lando Norris, George Russell, and Max Verstappen.

Eventually, the reigning world champion bagged the race victory, further increasing his lead in the 2024 F1 championship.

Coming into Spain, some teams have brought new parts to improve the aerodynamics and loads around their cars.

2024 F1 Spanish GP: List of Upgrades
