F1 fans have shared their reactions to Red Bull team boss Christian Horner discussing RB20's issues in the 2024 F1 season. Horner talked about the car's performances in several races and how it changed over time.

At the start of the 2024 season, Red Bull continued its dominance of the sport from the previous season, by winning most races with Max Verstappen. As the season progressed, teams like McLaren, Ferrari, and Mercedes started winning races, while Red Bull's race win count decreased. As of now, the reigning world champion has not won a single race in the last six Grands Prix.

Speaking to the media before the Azerbaijan GP weekend, Horner said his team needed to look into every possible issue and try to find what has changed from the previous iteration of the RB20 that was dominating at the start of the season.

Horner said (via RacingNews365),

“You’ve got to question everything. You have to question has something else changed? So you can leave no stone unturned.”

Following this, F1 fans discussed Horner's comments on X (formerly Twitter). One fan hilariously wrote how he was happy to see the Red Bull boss's name and the word 'leave' in the sentence. Other fans stated that rather than talking about the car, Horner and the team should work on the RB20's performance.

"I read 'Christian' and 'leaving'. I got happy for a second," one fan jokingly said.
"A lot of blah blah and little forceful action to take the RB20 to the start this year," another added.
"Not much time left Mr. blablabla," one chimed in.

Another fan talked about how Red Bull's rivals have drastically closed the gap and how Norris caught and fought Verstappen during the Austrian GP. They urged the defending world champions to make their upgrade packages work.

"So tired of the austria comparison. The rest have vastly improved since then including bringing flexi wings. Norris was catching Max like a rocket during that same race[.] they need to find a way to make all the downgrades work asap its the only way," another fan said.

Christian Horner acknowledges Red Bull is under pressure from rivals

Christian Horner recently talked about Red Bull being under pressure from its rivals. The Red Bull team principal also talked about the pace difference between his team and competitors of the likes of McLaren and Ferrari.

Speaking to Sportskeeda and other media, he said that Max Verstappen finishing sixth in Monza "hurt" the team. He added that Ferrari's efforts helped his team against McLaren, as Verstappen maintained a respectable points gap between himself and Norris.

“Of course we are under pressure to turn it around and nobody puts ourselves under more pressure than ourselves. Because finishing sixth hurts. The reality was Ferrari helped us out a little bit today as you know the fighting between the two McLaren drivers. Otherwise the driver's championship you know there could have been another chunk of points taken out of us,” Horner said.

As of now, Verstappen leads the drivers' championship table with 303 points. Lando Norris in second is chasing the defending world champion, with 241 points.
