Red Bull driver Max Verstappen's girlfriend Kelly Piquet has shared a social media post with the F1 driver and her five-year-old daughter Penelope Kvyat. The Dutch driver is enjoying his off-season break after claiming his fourth consecutive driver's championship in the 2024 season. Before the season-finale in Abu Dhabi last month, he and Piquet announced they would become parents together for the first time in the coming months.
The 27-year-old has been dating the Brazilian model for the last four years and resides in his Monaco apartment with her and Penelope, whom she shares with former F1 driver Daniil Kvyat. Piquet shared pictures with him and Penelope on Instagram which attracted over 390k likes and went viral, captioned:
"Holiday faves."
Piquet is the daughter of former three-time F1 world champion Nelson Piquet Sr. who raced at the pinnacle of motorsport during the '80s and early '90s.

Red Bull driver Max Verstappen has said he has no plans of getting married to his girlfriend Kelly Piquet as of now as the couple welcomes their first child in 2025 (via GPBlog):
"Not yet, but it will probably happen soon."
On the racing front, it was a challenging year for the 27-year-old. Despite winning the championship for the fourth consecutive time, there were rumors early in the season that he might depart from Red Bull. Addressing his stance on the power struggle with Christian Horner and Helmut Marko, the four-time F1 champion pledged his loyalty to the Austrian (via Motorsportweek):
“I have a lot of respect for Helmut and what we have achieved together, it goes very far. Of course, my loyalty to him is very big and I’ve always expressed this to everyone within the team, everyone high up, that he’s an important part in my decision-making for all the time in the future as well within the team.”
Marko shared with De Telegraaf that he believed that Verstappen and his father Jos were loyal and special:
“I’ve known the Verstappens for quite some time now. And they are special, that’s clear. For me, of course, those words from Max Verstappen were very nice. He is one of the greatest sportsmen in the world and earns a lot of money, but above all, he sticks to his principles. That hasn’t changed since he was fourteen years old.”
Max Verstappen eventually stuck to his contract which sees him race for the Milton Keynes outfit until the end of the 2028 season despite some advances from Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff.
