"March baby on the way!": Fans react as Kelly Piquet shares major pregnancy news 

Max Verstappen's girlfriend, Kelly Piquet, revealed through a social media comment that she is entering the third trimester of her pregnancy journey. Many fans reacted to the post and guessed that the baby could arrive some time in the month of March 2025.

The Red Bull driver announced in Abu Dhabi on December 6, 2024, that he is expecting his first child with girlfriend Kelly Piquet. The couple posted a photo of Kelly's baby bump to confirm that the baby would be born in 2025.

Meanwhile, Kelly revealed that she is entering the third and final trimester of her pregnancy through a social media comment. She was replying to a fan who inquired about her glowing skin and shades of cosmetics.

In the comment, she said:

"My first trimester was rough! I'm entering third now! You got this."

As soon as the comment went viral, fans shared their reaction. Some fans suggested that Verstappen's baby is likely to arrive in March, as Kelly is on the final journey of her pregnancy.

Max Verstappen and Kelly Piquet reportedly started dating around 2020. She is nine years older than the Dutchman. The model previously dated Daniil Kvyat, a former Red Bull driver whom Verstappen replaced to mark his F1 debut in 2017. She welcomed a daughter in 2019 named Penelope before parting ways with her former partner. Later, she met Verstappen, and the couple have been together ever since.

Before the couple became parents to a newborn, they went on a vacation to ring in the holiday season together. Kelly Piquet shared pictures from a skiing trip, which featured Verstappen and Penelope in happy spirits. The soon-to-be parents also celebrated Christmas together with friends and family.

The year 2024 turned out to be a roller coaster ride for Verstappen as he faced challenges in the championship race. However, he outplayed Lando Norris to win his fourth title in a row at the Las Vegas Grand Prix.

Max Verstappen will be a father for the first time in 2025, as his girlfriend Kelly Piquet is pregnant. The Dutch driver's father, Jos Verstappen, reacted to the news and congratulated his son, saying he knew about it even before the four-time world champion told him. On De Telegraaf, he said:

"It may sound crazy, but I knew he was going to be a father before he even told me. I'm not a crazy person. I saw it coming. I know my son well, and I only have to look at him."

Further, Jos added that becoming a father is not a distraction for Verstappen, and that his performance in Brazil is a significant example of his focused mindset.

"I think it just motivates him. It didn't bother me before. Max has known for a while that he is going to be a father. That thought hasn't exactly bothered him. Just look at how he won the race in Brazil. He already knew then."

Max Verstappen scored 437 points this season with nine race wins. He beat Lando Norris by 63 points to extend his title-winning streak to four years.
