Red Bull pitstop mechanic Andy Rush recently published a video with the viral Hawk Tuah trend. The trend started from a YouTube video and gradually took over the internet.
The Hawk Tuah trend came from a YouTube channel Tim & Dee TV where the creators roamed around and asked questions about relationships. In a particular video, a girl hilariously mimicked the sound of spitting while answering a certain question. She said:
"Oh you gotta give him that hawk tuah, spit on that thing!"
This was the start of the viral trend as it took over TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms. The meme started appearing in various reels, where people mimicked the girl and how she said the word.
Recently, Red Bull's pitstop crew member Andy Rush also posted a video where he answered a question about how he keeps his pit stops so clean. In the video, he was seen mimicking that he was spitting on his wheel gun, hence, recreating the famous trend. The caption of the Instagram reel read"
"How do you keep your stops so clean? Hawk tuah spit on that thing."

Red Bull driver Max Verstappen also hopped on the viral Hawk Tuah trend recently. The Dutchman gave a twist to the original line said by the girl who started the trend.
After the sprint qualifying at the Austrian GP, where Verstappen took pole position, he was seen hanging out with his team Redline eSports team on their Twitch livestream. They were watching Rennsport Drivers Championship Round 2 - Road to Atlanta and also played some Call of Duty.
Late into the live stream (at 4:56:17) Max Verstappen and his friends were talking about Instagram, during which the three-time world champion suddenly said:
"Gotta hawk tuah, and then, you can finish it off."
Max Verstappen and his team Redline friends laughed after the F1 driver mimicked the trend. They talked about how it would soon become a clip and be shared amongst the F1 fanbase. The Red Bull driver further added that the trend is extremely viral on Instagram and that everyone has done it at one time or another.
"Man, everyone has done it. I mean, it's all over Instagram," he added.
When it comes to racing, Max Verstappen currently leads the drivers' championship table with 219 points. He will start the Austrian GP's sprint race on Saturday (June 29) from pole position.
