Perez's wretched run of form is showing no signs of ending; the Mexican driver delivered yet another poor show at his home race. On Saturday, he qualified in P18, and on Sunday, he finished the race in the last position.
As a result, Red Bull dropped to P3 in the Constructors' Championship, behind McLaren and Ferrari.

"Colapinto is an interesting driver," Horner said. "He is surprisingly much better than was suggested in Formula 2. I would be a bad team boss if I didn't find out whether he was available."
