Max Verstappen's girlfriend, Kelly Piquet, flaunted her baby bump as she resumed her workout session following the winter break. She is entering her third trimester and is likely to deliver the baby in the first quarter of 2025.

Piquet and Verstappen broke the internet, hours leading up to the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. In a joint social media post, it was revealed that Piquet was expecting the couple's first child. After dating for several years, they decided to take the next step and will embrace parenthood in 2025.

Meanwhile, ahead of the baby's arrival, Kelly Piquet and Max Verstappen enjoyed the holiday season with the family. They went skiing and had a Christmas dinner with friends and family.

After New Year's Eve, Piquet dropped a life update on her social media. She shared images from her light workout session and flaunted her baby bump. In the caption, she said:

"I ate sooo much over the holidays that I put on 3kgs in 3 weeks but loved every minute of it 😋🤰🏻. Trying to stay consistent and moving my body through light weight and stretches 💪🏻."

Piquet and Verstappen have a nine-year age gap. She is older and has a five-year-old daughter, Penelope, from her previous relationship with ex-Red Bull driver Daniil Kvyat. The couple is rumored to have been in a relationship since 2021 when the Dutchman won his first world championship.

Kelly Piquet is the daughter of former F1 driver, Nelson Piquet, also a four-time world champion. Piquet and Verstappen come from a common background, as the latter's father, Jos Verstappen, is also a former professional racing driver.

Meanwhile, as she earlier revealed through her social media comment, Piquet is entering her third trimester. This could mean that the baby could likely be born around March 2025.

Four-time world champion Max Verstappen has been dating model and social media influencer Kelly Piquet for the last four years. The couple is expecting their first child this year, which sparked speculations around their potential marriage plans.

When asked if he is planning to tie the knot with his girlfriend during his interview with Blick, Verstappen said:

"Not yet, but it will probably happen soon."

For now, Verstappen is focused on welcoming his first child. In a podcast with Talking Bulls, he expressed excitement for the new adventure. He also mentioned Penelope saying he is a bonus dad already to the five-year-old. However, having his own baby will be challenging, but Verstappen says he is ready to embrace it with both arms.

The 27-year-old Dutchman retained his championship title for the fourth time in a row in 2024 as he beat Lando Norris by 63 points while battling tough competition and challenging circumstances.
