Max Verstappen was recently spotted with his partner, Kelly Piquet, and her daughter, Penelope, in Monaco. The three-time world champion and his girlfriend were seen getting out of a chauffeured car and going into a hotel.
Many F1 drivers, including Verstappen, reside in the lavish city of Monaco. One of Verstappen's fan accounts recently posted a clip where the Dutchman was getting out of the car with Piquet and Penelope. In the video, the F1 driver had a conversation with the chauffeur after which he smiled and gave the latter a thumbs-up.
We then see Penelope dressed in a rainbow frock and a purple crown. Piquet stops Verstappen and Penelope to click a picture of them in front of the hotel, Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse. After taking the picture, all three of them went through the revolving doors of the luxurious hotel.

After the Singapore GP, F1 went into an unofficial four-week break, as no Grands Prix are taking place. This was essentially a second major break after the usual August summer break that the sport has. During this time, all F1 drivers went back to their hometowns or holiday homes to recharge for the six remaining races in 2024.
Max Verstappen and Red Bull will be looking to perform a lot better than they have this season, to defend their world championship titles. Over the European leg of the season, McLaren, Mercedes, and Ferrari have closed the gap to Red Bull. Furthermore, the Austrian team's cars have encountered a few balance issues which caused both Perez and Verstappen to struggle.
Max Verstappen says Red Bull needs to "bring more performance" to compete with McLaren
Max Verstappen recently talked about how Red Bull needs to work harder to squeeze better performances out of the RB20, to fight McLaren on both special and traditional track layouts.
After the Singapore GP, the three-time world champion explained that McLaren was not only fast in Singapore, where Red Bull is weak, but was also quicker on more traditional circuits. He added,
"We still need to figure out, of course, the base pace, the long-run pace a bit more. We know that this track is not ideal for us, but I think even on a normal track at this stage we still can't fight them [McLaren]. So we need to bring more performance."
Verstappen, with 331 points, leads in the drivers' championship, followed by Lando Norris on 279 points. Meanwhile, Red Bull, on 475 points, has lost the lead to McLaren who now has 516 points, in the constructors' table. With six races to go in the 2024 F1 season, the fight for both titles will only intensify.
