With the pictures, he wrote it was "incredible" to be able to fly in the fighter jet. He also hinted that the documentary of him co-piloting the jet would drop soon.

"What an incredible opportunity @canalplus gave me to pilot such a machine. To be able to compare that speed feeling with what I usually experience in a Formula One car was very special. Stay tuned for the full experience next week."

Canal+ posted an Instagram reel confirming the release on November 3, 2024.

Many F1 fans were delighted to see Leclerc experiencing a fighter jet. Some expressed apprehension at the high-octane and high-risk activity the Ferrari driver was taking on. One fan also joked how Charles Leclerc would clock purple sector times while flying the jet.

Another fan was quick to notice how Leclerc's call sign for communicating during the flight was "Percival". The driver's middle name was mentioned in the video posted by Canal+. The fan joked about Carlos Sainz being furious, referring to the two Ferrari drivers' previous interaction over their full names.

"Lord Perceval as the call sign. Sainz: furious," the fan wrote.

Charles Leclerc outlines the possibility of winning both constructors' and drivers' F1 championships in 2024

After his win in the 2024 F1 US GP, Charles Leclerc talked about the possibility of winning the constructors' and drivers' championships in the 2024 F1 season.

Speaking to F1.com, he felt that the chances of Ferrari winning the constructors' title were higher than his winning the drivers' championship. He added that even though his team is several points behind McLaren, catching the latter was a possibility. Leclerc said,

"Constructors'... I think we are in it. It is an optimistic target because we are still quite far away from McLaren 48 points I believe. There is still quite a few points to recover. However, the drivers' championship is...I feel like we don't rely only on our pace but little bit of luck."

As of now, Ferrari is third in the constructors' table with 496 points, while second-placed Red Bull has 504 points. McLaren leads the table with 544 points after the 2024 F1 US Grand Prix.

Charles Leclerc is third in the Drivers' table with 275 points and is chasing second-placed Lando Norris with 297 points. Meanwhile, Max Verstappen leads the table with 354 points.
