Mercedes’ German driver Nico Rosberg eats a banana in the pits during the first practice session at the Circuit de Monaco in Monte Carlo on May 23, 2013 ahead of the Monaco Formula One Grand Prix. Rosberg will start on pole position in Sunday’s Monaco Grand Prix.

Germany’s Nico Rosberg of Mercedes will start on pole position in Sunday’s Monaco Grand Prix after posting the fastest time in today’s qualifying session.
Rosberg’s Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton will start from second on the grid with Germany’s reigning triple world champion Sebastian Vettel third in his Red Bull.
It is Rosberg’s third pole position of the season already after Bahrain and Spain, and Mercedes’ fourth in a row, with Hamilton on pole in China last month.
