Three-time world champion Sebastian Vettel, who is well on his way to a 4th title with the Red Bull Racing team, is looking forward to racing with his new teammate Ricciardo in 2014. Recently it was announced that Torro Rosso driver Daniel Ricciardo will replace fellow Australian Mark Webber to partner Vettel.
In a recent interview, Vettel felt that his new teammate, Ricciardo, will be able to push him to the limit next season.
He said: “I’m sure he (Ricciardo) will try very hard to give me a hard time and I will try to do the exact same thing. Next year there’s a lot of work ahead and we are both looking forward to the new stuff that is coming.”
“We know it’s a lot of work but hopefully we have a competitive car and can prove that we are hopefully two of the best.”
We have to wait and see how long it takes Ricciardo to get accustomed to the Championship-winning team and match his teammate’s pace.
