Red Bull F1 chief Adrian Newey has been participating in theLamborgini Super Trofeo series. Newey, who finished eighth in race one on Saturday, was not so successful on Sunday as he crashed his Lamborghini Gallardo on the formation lap of the second race of the Super Trofeo at Silverstone this weekend.
He lost control trying to warm his tyres on the Hangar straight and hit the wall, causing enough damage to rule the car out of the race.
