FC Barcelona completed the greatest ever comeback in Champions League history when they overturned a 4-0 deficit against PSG at the Nou Camp in the second leg of the Champions League round of 16. The Catalans were outplayed in the first leg in Paris but they came out all guns blazing at home to record a remarkable win on an unforgettable night in the history of the football club.
Barcelona ran out 6-1 winners on the night to win 6-5 on aggregate, thanks to a scintillating performance from Neymar as he saved his side’s blushes by scoring twice in the space of two minutes towards the dying stages of the game.
“If they can score four, we can score six,” Luis Enrique had said. No one believed him and he probably didn’t even believe himself, until that goal from Sergi Roberto in added time.
