#6 Luis Suarez - €81.7 million (2014)

Signed from Liverpool in the summer of 2014, Luis Suarez is one of the best signings made by Barcelona.
During a glorious six-season stint at the club, the Uruguayan striker scored goals and won trophies aplenty while forming a devastating attacking triumvirate with Lionel Messi and Neymar.
Suarez scored a staggering 195 goals and provided 112 assists, and won a rich haul of 13 trophies at Barcelona, which includes a continental treble. After a trophyless campaign for Barcelona in 2019-20, Suarez left for Atletico Madrid, and Lionel Messi was understandably far from pleased with his departure.
At the Rojiblancos, Suarez has hit the ground running and leads their La Liga title charge, which makes Barcelona's decision to jettison the Uruguayan seem like a short-sighted and incredibly silly one.
#5 Frenkie de Jong - €86 million (2019)

Frenkie de Jong arrived from Ajax on a whopping €86 million transfer in 2019.
After failing to win a trophy in his debut season at the club, the young defensive midfielder is flourishing under his compatriot Ronald Koeman.
De Jong has scored three times and provided four assists in La Liga as he is beginning to show the form that made Barcelona pluck him out of Ajax.
#4 Neymar - €88.2 million (2013)

Neymar arrived at Barcelona in the summer of 2013 as a precocious 21-year-old after making his name at his native Santos.
The young Brazilian didn't take much time to settle into his new surroundings and began to flourish in the company of Messi and Suarez (who would arrive a year later).
In four glorious seasons at the club, Neymar netted 105 times and won nine titles, including a continental treble in 2014-15. The Brazilian scored one of the goals in that 2015 final, which sealed Barcelona's latest European triumph.
Neymar left Barcelona in 2017 to join PSG, where he has continued to excel despite an injury-riddled stint.
