Pele is known as the “The King of Football.” He is considered to be the greatest footballer of all time. He won his first World Cup at 17. Pele played as an inside forward, striker and later as the playmaker. They praised him for his pace, dribbling and exceptional heading ability. He is the leading scorer for Brazil and the only player to win the World Cup three times in his career.
Pele played 93 matches for Brazil and scored 77 goals. He also played 694 club matches and scored 650 goals.
The IFFHS voted him 'World Player of the Century' in 1999.
